I specially want to share the news about this song which i read recently.

An unprecedented event took place in the history of Tamil films songs, and that has been very close to the heart of Ilayaraja. When Ilayaraja composed music for any song, he paid much attention to the singers that he selected.During this song recording something unexpected took place.

This song was practiced once and the next was to be the final take. The band was ready, and as soon as the cue was given they started to play the prelude. Things went well. S. Janaki started to sing. As soon as she went into the first charanam, the melody went haywire and the tune was off tangent. Then all of a sudden the musicians stopped playing. S. Janaki was blinking in shock. Raja was furious! They wanted to know what went wrong. From the recording room, he enquired as to why they all had stopped playing the music. As Raja approached the musicians, he was informed that they were completely mesmerised by the golden and most enchanting voice of Janaki that they forgot themselves and finally forgot the tune as well. Raja just smiled at S. Janaki and she very politely smiled with acknowledgement. This time they were set to record again. In the second recording all of them- S. Janaki and the musicians went one more scale higher to do a better job!. That song became a super hit.

S.Janaki is simply at her best.

I have a got the track of “Amma un pillai” which is a repetition of the song” Maadha un”.You may find some background singing of amma un pillai by sadhana sargam. It is a vocal cut track.Kindly bear with that. I couldnt stop singing after i got the track. I really enjoyed myself singing this song. I have already uploaded this song two years back, thats without track.

This song is,one of the mesmerizing composition in keeravani which impressed me much and mostly all the music lovers. Harmonizing the vocals in such way to enrich the standard of the song,is the specialty of raja and till date no composers have given such a nice feel in any song with harmony.

Like Rahman’s previous musical landmarks, the songs of uyire flow out of the soundtrack in epic proportions. In parts, typically Rahmanesque and in parts innovative. Vairamuthu
supports with simple, none too complex lyrics. Actually my favourites are “ Poonkaatriley “ and “ Nenjiniley”

S.Janaki had done a impressive job ,vocatively expresses her angst and restlessness in that song. The karoke track which I have got is just blank with no chords in the charanam portions. I somewhat managed to sing that with the shruthi..May be, you can find some fractional off , here n there.

En Kanmani' is a very sweet 70s love song, where Maestro has used the Counterpart theme in the pallavi. He started the echo recording from this song and this is a musical

Treat with the dialogues by Kovai Balu, and ofcourse P.Suseela & SPB have sung excellently with rhythmic. Raja has used this same technique in the song “ Poonthalir aada” too.

Even the picturization is adds up the beauty to the song. Pallavan bus with all kind of disturbances, gives a nostalgic trip down the Mount Road.And I really miss the dialogues in this song “Teynampet supermarket erangu!!! polaam rights !! are my favourite :D

Ilayaraja, the legend beyond awards and titles, has given many ever green melodies and one of it is “paadu nilave” Listening to Raja’s composition in the nights is very addictive and at times it kindles your old memories as well. I can say, this song inspired me that much to start singing cini song in my childhood. A nostalgic presentation by S.Janaki and SPB.

Its a overwhelming opportunity to perform this song with the magical voice Arvind, who is very passionate in music and I astonished to see his swara gnyanam , writing swaras swiftly to any song. It’s a immense pleasure to sing with him. Thanks a lot Arvind ! for your dedicated contribution.
